William Bronchick: Absolutely. Is it going to be easy? Absolutely not.

William Bronchick: It is quite simple, what is called is aggressive marketing. And see a lot people don’t realize that finding a bargain purchase or investing in real estate to working the real estate business is a business. And like any other business if you want to make money what do you need? Customers, who are your customers? The people who are going to sell your houses at a bargain price or under creative terms. So what you do is you have to have an aggressive marketing plan for 60 days to really hammer your market place to find people, find those costumers who are willing to sell your properties the way you want to buy them. What you think at? How do I do that?
Male: Yeah!
Female: How do you do that?
Male: You search magic words on them. Maybe some difficult words to understand, a comprehended words of action. Aggressive Marketing Plan?
William Bronchick: Aggressive Marketing Plan.
Male: Good words, what is this?
William Bronchick: Well that means is that letting everybody who’s got a potential deal for you know that you exist. You see the deal is out there, they’re every where. The question is that everyone is always asking how do I find them? So, you have to -- marketing is just a concept of letting your costumers know you exist. And what is this that you do, and if you have an aggressive plan for doing that, it's just the matter of time before these people find you where you find them vice versa.
