William Bronchick: My second approach might be to just mail a postcard to everybody in the subdivision. Typical subdivision may have a couple of thousand of houses.
Female: What did you found out, their addresses and the name of the people that you can send the stuff?
William Bronchick: You can get that for free from the treasurer’s office and the tax collectors office. They have the name and address of everyone in the subdivision.
Female: And go to the tax collector and I say I want all these names?
William Bronchick: Sure, they’ll sell you that information or you can go in the internet, there are multiple places, they’ll sell you those names, they're very cheap, very, very cheap. You can buy every name and addresses, I mean everybody.
Female: When you say cheap, what does that mean? A hundred, a thousand, 5, 000, are you talking about in numbers?
William Bronchick: Well, let’s say you want to buy 10,000 names you can probably buy them for any where from a dime that’s 20 cents each.
Female: And I could find them in this particular subdivision, with these two that are near me?
William Bronchick: Absolutely you can download that information on your computer usually because most of the county official, the tax collector has the name and address for everyone in that subdivision. So, they allow you to log in to their computer, download that information you can print it out on the label, send it out.
Male: How do you find it? Go through the simple steps in finding it on in the internet.
William Bronchick: You can search for your county information and usually easy to find, you find your local county information and almost every government agencies is now online and you find let’s say it’s the Jefferson County tax collectors office and you look online and you will see a phone number and you can them and say, hey how can I get the name and address who are born in certain subdivision or at least in--where I live in Colorado, all that information are already online, it’s for free and more and more county around the country is doing it for free.
Now if you can’t do that you can go on to your yellow pages and look under mailing list companies and call a couple of mailing lists companies and say I want information. Names and addresses of everybody who has a house in this area, in the subdivision and they’ll sell that name on a label that already printed out.
Female: How much is that costs?
William Bronchick: 10 to 20 cents a label.
