How much is the right asking price to your home? For start is, don’t ever call it asking price because that’s signals that your really ready to take something else. You want to ignore your tax assessment that sells them to a good guy to the value of the property. You want to ignore how much you’ve paid for the place, I’m afraid you can’t pay much attention and how much you need to get out of it that’s your problem and not the buyers. What count is, what is sold recently in your area that is similar to your property and how much did it bring. Those are the camps and that’s what counts.
