What if your house is been listed for a long time at least in market value, that’s impossible the definition of market value is what’s somebody into buying public will come forward and paid. If you’re not getting any buyers and you’re not getting any lookers and you’re not getting any offers, I am sorry. No matter what the problem is with your house, dropping the price will cure it.
