Now you may or may not be aware of some marketing strategies that make use of newer technology. Some of these that come to mind are mobile marketing, personalized postcards, an agent website or even virtual tours. Virtual tours can be a good way to help you market your listings.
With the ability to take a walk through from seemingly anywhere increases your exposure while helping you to target buyers and nice enough, the marketing tool that I want to share with you today is Obeo.
Obeo's marketing solutions implement virtual tours that can make use of your buyer's imagination. Obeo has been growing for over five years now, targeting ways to help real estate agents market their listings. They have four main solutions which include Obeo Home site, Obeo Style Designer, Obeo Space Designer, and Obeo Connect.
But first half, let us take a look at Obeo Home site. This is an agent website that includes your biodata, photos, contact information and active listings. By being able to include still photos and 360 degree panorama images, you can show off what the home looks like.
So in addition to Obeo Home site, there are few add ons to explore. Those being Obeo Space Designer and Obeo Style Designer but first let's take a look into Obeo Style Designer.
Now this is what the screen may look like if you add Obeo Style Designer to your Home site. With just a click of a button, you can change the wall color. All you do is click on the Drop-down Menu and click on Walls.
Then you would move to the top of the screen for the scroll down menu. You can click on the color that you want. For instance, I want my wall color to be white. I just click on White and in the matter of seconds, the wall color changes to white. If I don't like the color of the cabinets, maybe I want to change those too. You would just click the Scroll Down Menu again, click on Cabinets, move up to the top of the screen and choose your color, maybe dark cabinets would work in this room.
If that fits to your choosing, then you can keep it as that. You can even zoom-in or zoom-out. It's a pretty nice feature when you're using colors like that. So now you might be thinking after seeing the Style Designer, what else can they add? Well, they can add Obeo Space Designer. So taking a look into Obeo Space Designer, you can help your buyer see what is possible.
Now this is what the screen may look like if you add Obeo Space Designer to your Home site. Now say for example, you want to add a sofa to a room. All you would do is click and drag to the appropriate room. Now if this default orientation doesn't work for you, all you can do is click and Rotate. If that is not the right size of the sofa you want to add, maybe you can resize it, or maybe that sofa just doesn't work at all for your family room, then just delete it and try again with another one.
So now that we've seen what Obeo Space Designer has to offer, let's take a look at Obeo Connect. So switching gears over to Obeo Connect, as an agent, you have this powerful listing tool that you utilize is Call Capture.
