I haven't lost any weight. I watched what I ate for half a year. I exercised daily. I walked 7 miles or more a day. I did various abdominal crunches a day. I stayed away from saturated fats, trans fats, too many sugars. I ate 1000 to 1500 calories a day. I did it all, and I didn't shed a pound.
