Hello! Welcome to the Brides Made Fit videoblog. I am Jeniffer DiDonado and I’m here in Las Vegas. But right now, I know that this is does not look like the strip, we are about 15 minutes away from it. We decided to take a little bit of an adventure and we are at the Red Rock Canyon or Conservation Center. It’s just this huge massive area of these mountains and rocks. And the great thing about it is that when you come to Las Vegas, you don’t have to necessarily just be getting your exercise from walking up and down the strip or doing a little slot arm thing which—slot machines because what we want to do is just kind of venture out. Squishing up your location is a great way to forget about exercise and thinking it as a chore. This is an actual event for you. This is an actual little vacation and you can just be walking any type of rocks that you want. And, you are switching up the elevation too. So instead of even being on a treadmill or doing intervals on the stair climber, take a look at this and take a try at it or even at home for your viewers, anywhere where you are at if there is any location that you can mix things up and do it. This is a great way to get a great exercise and you don’t even feel like you’re exercising. Just make sure that you’re drinking lots of water.

Okay. So, this would be a great place also to rest. You want to make sure that you always get a lot of water and you have some places to rest your feet and get your strength back so you can continue on your beautiful tour.
