Speaker: For this recipe we are going to use fresh chopped basil, green peppers, red peppers, shrimp and of course CurrySimple gourmet red curry. I heated my pan to medium high heat and now I am going to start stir-frying my shrimp.
I am going to stir-fry the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes at medium-high heat. My shrimps have been stir-frying for about 3 minutes and now I am going to add the green peppers, red peppers and basil leaves.
I am going to stir-fry the vegetables for about 2 minutes with the shrimp. Now, for the part that you have been waiting to see, I am going to add the CurrySimple gourmet red curry to the stir-fry.
As we can see it's the actual curry sauce. The sauce only needs to be heated for a couple of minutes and it's ready to serve.
I am going to serve the curry over jasmine rice and refrigerate the leftovers for 3-4 days or put in the freezer for as long as a year.
