Reduced Chicken Stock

Reduced Chicken Stock For a richer chicken stock, simmer the stock down even further. This will reduce the water content and concentrate the flavors. It will also reduce the volume of the stock by at least half if not more and it will become somewhat thicker and richer in color. If you reduce this stock down again by half, it will actually become a delicious and super healthy sauce. Try pouring it over roast chicken or fried gnocchi. It can even be used as the base to make many other sauces.
