In the van abduction scenarios that we should you earlier in the program many attacks and assault are from the rear. If an attacker bring his hand up in around you mouth to facilitate getting you away from the area or to simply stop you from shouting from help, you are going to take the attacker’s hand, force into your mouth enabling you to bit the attacker, stunning him and shocking him so you can get that hand off and away from your face.
The next thing you are going to do is drive your hips into your attacker taking him off balance and striking hard and often with an elbow if necessary, driving back up to the face to the vulnerable spots to the mouth, nose and jaw striking him and stepping out if you can. And using your legs to defend yourself by kicking to the groin or to the abdomen or if you do not trust getting that high kicking the attacker in the knees disabling him and shocking him so you can get away. Remember, it is not about destroying your attacker. It is about giving yourself the opportunity to escape.
With the attackers hand in front of your mouth, press in the attacker’s fingers inward and bite down hard using two hands, cool your hands around the attackers hand and pull down firmly. Use repeated elbows to the abdomen and chest area to the left and the right if necessary.
Next, striking the groin area, sharply and hard using a bottom fist or groin shot technique. As a follow up, kick to the rear, striking the attacker in the abdomen groin area and do not forget kicking to the knees will also disable an attacker.
Another variety to an attack from behind is often a grab around the waist and supposed to hand over the mouth. What you want to do is step out and study yourself, head butts surprising the attacker, stump on the bridge of their foot with your foot as you do that you can reach up grabbing, scratching, and clawing at attacker. As soon as are able to break free and step out you neither want to run to safety or if you feel the attacker is coming after you can strike.
As the hands are around your waist and you do the techniques I just spoke up, that is the last resort. You can pedal backward knocking your attacker off balance, another move they do not expect you to do.
Lastly, dropping your weight in creating dead way to the attacker has extreme difficulty carrying you off are also techniques they never expect you to use.
With the attackers hands around your waist use your head to throw it back suddenly and sharply head butting the attacker about the face in head. Look down using the heel of your foot stump the top of the attacker’s feet often and hard. Reach back, just trying to scratch the eyes and face of the attacker over either shoulder. As a last resort, run backwards as your attacker pulls you back, pumping your legs backward trying to knock your attacker off balance enabling you a chance to escape.
