Eric: My name is Eric; I'm 31 from Oklahoma City. I would like to know if there is a risk of taking too many vitamins such as vitamin A, C or D. Roberta Lee: Well, Eric. I think there is a risk taking too much of anything is not a great idea. Also it depends on how your kidney function is. A lot of these vitamins are excreted through the kidneys and if your kidney function is not well, then you can build up too much. And I think it is always good to talk to your doctor about what the right amount is.
