On rather the Rotary Calf Machine, now this machine here is going to work on the muscles on our calves, gastrocnemius, soleus and plantaris. All right, calf muscles and what this machine does. This particular one is the same as the machine that you will find in most health clubs. Now this machine, you will see well they have one adjustment here and what we want to do is to make sure that this seat allows us to keep our knees slightly bent while we are doing this machine.
So, over sitting down on this machine we want the balls of our feet on this platform here and we are going to press straight forward. We are trying our best to keep those knees in one position and we are breathing out as we press straight forward, return back to the starting position and right back forward and we are trying to keep our knees in one position, not trying to lock the knees out at all. That is the main thing you do not want to do is you do not want to lock up any joints.
