Run Keeper is another app for the iPhone that allows you to monitor your running progress and save your data. It is a very handy app and very easy to use, it does recommend and actually probably best that you only use this on a 3GI phone. Do not expect to receive any phone calls or to run under trees and bad areas for reception because it will lose pretty much all use. It monitors your time, your miles for hour, the miles that you have totally run and how fast your pace is.

Now this is really handy for someone training for any sort of event even as small as a 5K, so it is definitely a great app but you really have to rely on your cell phone signal. You have to rely on not receiving any incoming calls or what not or exiting the application by accident. It is handy; you can upload all the information online so you can review it there and share it with other people. So if you are a runner and you do not already have an app for the iPhone to monitor your running, definitely check out Run Keeper.
