It's a good tactic, but you should wear iron and not robes, because iron works much better.

Good Vid i did i similar tactic. BTW to the other posters this is for a pure mage therefore highest mage lvl to lowest cb lvl....for instance my lvl 31 pure has 58 magic... and 10 hp.

ill admit its a nice try but mage training area is great xp and a great way to make a few mill gp in a short time. i have earned full infinity robes and 3 master wands and a mage book from there. i am curently working on lunar diplomacy. but nice try. my mage lvl is 66.

dude try to think harder. im not saying thats not good im just sayin that it takes a long time to get ur mage level up that way. and knowing people these days, they want higher stats in a short amount of time. nice try on the vid tho =)

RuneScape - How to Make a Mage Pure

Hello and welcome to my guide to pure mages, firstly get three mage on Tutorial Island so you can cast confuse. Then get a gd amount of runes about 1k earths 1k waters n 500 body runes, now u cast curse on the tummy mage. The gd thing about this is, it doesn't raise your hp level, which raises your combat, so you get the least possible level. From here train to level 30 or 40 mage, then you should get your hp up. To do this train with different spells, once you get your mage level to what even you want you will have to get your hp up a bit, at the end of this, your account should look something like this.
