The most common objection I get is, I want to think about it. Now, how do you answer that objection. You can't say, alright then, think. That's not going to work. What you have got to do is found out what the real hidden objection is.
Mark, I can understand what you are saying. I am sure you are taking this decision really seriously. So I assume you are going to give it your very careful consideration.
Mark, just to clarify my thinking, what phase of this opportunity is it that you really want to think about; is it the quality of service that we will be giving you? Is it the follow-up? Is it about pricing? Seriously, please level with me, what is it that you really want to think about?
Once again, all you want to do is flush out the hidden objection. Once you know what that is, you can overcome the objection and move forward.
