Often you would go in and you would go through the whole presentation and then they will say, I want to think about it, or they will come up with some kind of objection.
Now, some of the things you have got to do with objections is, let's talk about that, tell me a little bit more about that. You have raised an excellent point here. Our prices are a little bit too high. Let's chat about that. I see what you mean.
You know, what you are saying is correct, but let's not look only at the price, let's have a look at the backup service, let's have a look at everything else that goes with this. I can appreciate your concerns, Mr. Jones, and if I was you I would be feeling exactly the same, but let me tell you what we can do for you. It's not only price we are looking at, it's absolute value.
So any objections, never argue with them, agree with them, and then come back and overcome the objection.
