Hi, I am Josh Henkin’s, carrier of sandbag fitness systems at SandbagFitnessSystems.com. A lot of times people would forget that you could be very creative with sandbag training and because we offer different sizes of bags, you can actually come up with more exercise than you ever thought possible. Something likely we would think about is by moving two bags at one time. So I am then going to take some of my favorite exercise as we implement two different bags. One is going to be our small bag and one could be our medium bag.
So the first role is to actually take the heavier bag and put that on your shoulder. So, come on up, pop it on over. We can then take the other bag, the smaller bag, quit it out as well. Having two different weighs in our body is actually more challenging than just having it on one side. Just now, our body is really being torn in different directions in different loads.
I can also take this bag, drop on down, pick it up and we could do some lounge variations so simply take a step. On the opposite side of the lighter bag, this is really challenging on the hip stability and the overall trunk. We also take the bag up and go for a walk. This is now a challenge portion, shoulder stability and the cardiovascular fitness all at one time.
