During the breeding season, the female Sea Turtle emerges onto land. After digging a nest in the sand, she lays her eggs and returns to the sea.
Warmed by the sun, the eggs hatch in a few weeks.
The newly born Sea Turtles must scramble immediately from the broken egg shells to the safety of the sea before fowling prey to larger animals.
