Hi, my name is Mark Shandrow, I am with Keller Williams Realty, and today I would like to talk to you about the secrets about getting Foreclosure properties, and this is something that most people don't know. I actually represent quite a few banks from Oakland to Aurora to several different major lenders. I help them sell their Foreclosure properties. And one secret I have found that they really like and will help your offer as a buyer get accepted above other people if when you, -- why you offer and close the deal before the end of the month. And this is very important.
The reason is that these banks, they have to close their books by the end of the month and when you make your offers of purchase contract that you're buying a Foreclosure close the deal on the 26th of the month, they love that. That means that close as per to transfer the money into their account and then close your book.
There's several secrets that a lot of people don't know. If you're going to write an offer and you are going to make it do the debt, don't worry about it, you should push it to the end of the month.
