They say it is just for women’s, so all the men get out of the room and what we are going to talk about, I know it sounds crazy, shovels. Now how would that affect just women? Well, I will tell you the problem. Traditional shovels that you probably will use, well, they are heavy, they are bulky and takes a lot of work to get the job done. Well, guess what, I have discovered some fantastic shovels and spades made just for women. One of the neatest things about them is, is that they have the same profile, they look the same but they are smaller. They are lightweight and yet they are strong. For example, you can get a really nice round point shovel that has a much smaller head, it is light weight, it has great little foot pads that you do not wear at the bottom of your foot and the neatest thing of all, it has got what we call a D handle. D handled shovels give you a lot of control when you dig. Now, what about spades. Well, we call those things border spades and they are very handy if you want to cut sod or you want an edge around your garden. Well, the problem is, traditional ones are very heavy and they are very wide and take a lot of force with your foot to stick them into the ground. Well, imagine if you could get a spade that was much less in weight, lot less weight and guess what, they come in all different varieties. You could get really beautiful ones with this fantastic ash handles. They are forged metal. You can even get stainless steel ones that do not rust and of course they all come with D handles and absolutely fantastic tools. Now, what happens if you want to dig a hole in the garden. Well, I know you have probably seen the traditional post hole diggers and the other ones that have two handles and you drive them to the ground and spread them apart, well that is tough sometimes for women cause they do not have the upper body strength of men. Well, there is a fantastic tool for you, it is a neat post hole digger that actually operates a lot like a backhoe that you see on a construction site. It has got one single blade, you drive it to the ground and you take one handle on the post hole digger and bend it over and it scoops the dirt right up out of the hole. The neat thing about those post hole diggers, they keep the same shape, size, hole all the way down to the bottom. Tradition post hole diggers, the top of the hole gets bigger than the bottom.
