Hi this is Peter Murphy here from How to Talk with Confidence.com. Today we are looking at Self Esteem and a few simple ways you can boost your self esteem anytime you like. The first step is simply to bear in mind that your value as a person is independent to all success and failure. You can feel good about yourself regardless of what is going on around you. It is simply a decision.
The second tip is to give your self love and approval. You can give yourself love and approval all day long for no reason or what so ever. And this is very easy to do. You can simply say to yourself I love you,, I love you, I love you, you can say that to yourself quietly all day long and yes I know this sounds crazy but try it out. And if you say that to yourself I love you, I love you, you say that to yourself quietly all day long it is impossible not to feel better about yourself.
Final tip is to give your friends, your family members and the people around you praise and encouragement when you are with these people. When you start to give people a positive energy it comes back to you. And when you see that you are helping this important people in your life to feel better you will start to feel better about yourself.
