We’re going to be making a serendipity today which is basically a tequila-based drink with triple sec, lime juice, orange juice and cranberry juice.
So the way you start is with a three counts of tequila, two and three. You can add a little extra if you do like the potency. If you don’t like the potency, just stick with the three counts. If you want to make it a four count, you can add another count. It's no big deal. And basically if you do add the four counts, add less cranberry juice and orange juice. If you don’t, add a little bit more and that way it will make your drink come out the way it should.
Triple sec would be next which is 1 ½ count. So it's one, done. Then your lime juice, you're going to want to ad probably a two counts of lime juice, one and two. You're good. And then you have your orange juice. You just put a little in I guess, half of that so to speak and then pull a little cranberry juice in as well.
Take your mixer. Give it a good shake. And then you have your martini glass. And you you’re your the martini glass down. Now, you can garnish this with a lime or a lemon depending on what you feel because it does have the orange juice and the cranberry juice in it. So a lemon would also be a nice garnish for it. Most people like the lime with the tequila.
And you slowly pour your nice chilled drink into your martini glass and it comes out looking like a gorgeous serendipity. Add a straw. I always like a lime with mine. So there is a lime, there you are. And there you have serendipity. Cheers!
