Hi! Today, I’m going to show you how you can tone your triceps with your own body weight.
So, do you remember the movie with Cameron Diaz “The Sweetest Thing”? How Christina Applegate and Cameron Diaz were at this shop and they were trying clothes on –and I don’t know one of them was doing “What’s this? What’s this?” And it was like on a wedding. That one is going to happen to you when you get older if you’re not going to exercise.
So, if you want to get rid of this –like thing and it’s moving under arm, just do some triceps exercise. I’m going to show you a really good one now.
So, you put your fist on the ground behind your back like this. Your feet are flat on the ground then lift your feet off of the ground. And then, just bend your elbows, and with an exhale, go up. Try to keep your elbows pointing straight behind you, not on the side like this.
Very easy exercise. Very easy movement. You don’t need any diets or equipment. You can do it anywhere you want. And do as many as you need to feel the burning in your muscles.
