So, this exercise is one of these that you need to do 20 times and you are exhausted. It is a really challenging one and you are going to tone your abs and strengthening your back.
So, you are going to stand like this with your feet, shoulder with apart and you are going to bend your body forward, extend your arms and then you are going to twist your body towards one side, exhale, inhale in the middle and exhale on the other side.
