So a shadow shooting drill. Robbie is going to start with a ball and end up being the defender. Marselis is going to start the top coon here and be the offensive guy. Robbie is going to lob the ball to Marselis and follow his lob and play shadow defense.
Offense player is going to catch the split dodge and be on the move and really what I want the defender do is get the stick in the way so that the offensive guys shoot through his stick. Here we go, shadow shooting.
That is it. Not bad. Switch it up. Marselis is going to throw, grab and go left. Shoot through a stick. Good job.
