Interviewer: Do you ever send recommendations?
Bill Twyford: You know we send after we get something done with like Bob Jones. I will tell him why we’re doing this because he will ask if I am investors and say yes I am. And what’s makes me different to everybody else is I get deals close. Now, I am not going to make you jump through hoops and make it do all the step and they are not close the deal. And one thing I want to do when I get done with this is I want to give your boss a letter of recommendation from you showing how great was to work with you and return I’d like to get one back because I do a lot of short sales with other banks in the country. And this is nice to have that my portfolio too.
Female: So, that is good.
Dwan Bren-Twyford: Yeah! That is good.
Bill Twyford: So it’s a win, win of all.
Interviewer: So it’s the one of one stone and get back to stone.
Female 1: Well, I always teach our students to get a lot of recommendation back so when they call a new bank, I can say hey I’ve already done couples of short sales, I worked with this three banks just a lot of fun. I’m showing how easy I am to work with and I think one of the reason on that was a successful and our students as well is because they can easily are to work with the one client of the banks is work with you. because show say it’s a lot work, I mean using our huge package and lets it take to the boss and getting approve then it’s a lot of work for deals that done in that closing. And so, as many recommendation as you can get back to yourself and they say I want to work with you the next time around.
