Should You Eat No Fat Foods?

My name is Steve Turano. Welcome to set up of body performance. Let’s talk about no fat food. You know people who eat no fat foods typically eat 30% more than they normally eat? Studies show this, and there are probably a couple reasons behind this. Number 1, they think because the food has no fat, that they can eat endless amounts of it, and this is not true, because regardless of what you stick in your mouth if it has calories, it will make you fat. And the second reason is, no fat foods are not very satisfying. So you have a tendency to eat more of them. Here is my suggestion, instead of eating no fat foods or low sugar foods, both of which have very poor taste, just eat less food, not food with less taste. Love your body.
