Jerome Cole: In most cases that s going to be left up to the students to choose, if you are not sure, you can always pick up the telephone, call the college or university, ask to speak to the admissions folk and ask which one is preferred. I would say that from the college s perspective, they will prefer to get an online just because it s easier to process. Ultimately, regardless of what format you submitted in, it s going to end up in some sort of an electronic database. So, from their perspective, just in terms of expediency and efficiency, I think they prefer to see it online even though when you ask them, though in most cases they will leave that up to you, they will leave that up to the student.
