How to shuffle chips like the Poker Pros?
Tip#1: Start with the 6 chips. It's the easiest tarting point.
Tip #2: Note the finger placement.
Cut the chips in to two equal stacks. Hold them stable with your thumb and index finger on one side and your ring and pinky finger on the other side. Place your middle finger in between the two stacks as see here. It will be used to lift the two stacks in the center.
Tip#3: The key is to hold them tightly together on the sides while lifting both stacks up in the center with your middle finger. Now take a look from in front. Lift them up and guide the chips together with your middle finger while applying pressure on the sides with the rest of your fingers.
Tip#4: Have patience. It seems hard at first, but eventually it will "click" and the chips will start to fall in to place. After you start to get it with 6 chips, start practicing with 8, then 10 chips, then 20 chips. Okay so 20 chips is fairly difficult, but you will get it eventually. Once the chips do start to fall in to place for you there is another gimmick you can do to practice.
Grab a stack that is half one color chip and half another color chip. Tip#5: When you can nail the shuffle of a two colored stack consecutively, like a poker pro, you can take the color on top and put it on the bottom. Now remember green was the color on top. Now blue is. If continue on you can then of course return the original color back to it's rightful spot. You need to hit the shuffle perfectly every time to get the colors to switch place. Once you start getting it down, this is a good way to hone your skills. You have everything you need now. Time to get practicing. Good Luck!
