Simple and Easy Cheese Recipes

First we’ll be starting with this cheese onion dip. So for this recipe we’ll need 300 grams of old cheddar, one medium onion and about a cup of real mayonnaise. The most important ingredient is cheese. So the first step is to grate the cheese.
Next, we need to chop the onion. And now we mix our three ingredients together in a small casserole and that’s that. Now, place it in the oven at 350 degrees until it’s hot and bubbly and brown on top which could take anywhere between 30 and 45 minutes.
Serve this dip with soda crackers for the best taste and it’s ready for any party. So for the filo of cheese triangles we’ll need filo dough, melted butter, two tablespoons of Russian style sweet mustard and 250 grams of cheddar cheese.
So the first step again is to grate the cheese and now we incorporate the mustard into the cheese and that’s our filling. After we’ve pre-heated the oven to 375 degrees, we’re going to start working with the filo dough. Now you want to make sure you keep the remainder of your filo dough covered with a damp cloth so it doesn’t dry up.
First step is to take one sheet and lay it on the work surface and then brush it with melted butter and then we’ll lay another sheet on top. Now, we’re going to cut four rectangular strips into the filo dough and after that we’re going to add one tablespoon of filling to the ends of each of the strips.
Now, fold the dough over to form a triangle and keep folding, making sure that you keep the form of the triangle. Now we’ve placed our triangles on a lightly greased baking sheet and we’ll put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. And there you go there’s another simple and really yummy cheese appetizer.
