It is not foolish. If you try it you will see your voice is warmed up nicely and you have better range.

Alright, so the first thing we are going to do is we will do a lip trail. Which you want to do is take both hands, put your finger right on either side of your mouth and push against your jaw and just make a bubble sound.

Nice and easy. For the women, you are going to start right here. You want to continue doing that for as against where the teeth are meeting, top and bottom. You are going to do like your stomach maybe doing a little something and if it is like your sides are doing a little of something.

We are just relaxing the chords and warming them out especially particularly in a day and one more.

You want to keep your jaw nice and relaxed and you want to feel like the tongue is kind of pressing forward just lightly. Definitely not going to a swallow position.
