The next exercise we are going to do is an “M” hum, it is a good exercise to do in the morning, and it gently wakes up the vocal chords, starts getting in coronation between the air and the vocal chords going and it also gets you breathing muscles warmed up. We will start with the guys, what I want you to do is take your tongue out and grab it with your fingers. You do not want to pull with your fingers more, you want to press your tongue outward.
