The next one we are going to want to do is just the breathing exercise but rather than teaching you specific points, I just want you to make this sound. This sound is going to be, you are going to seal your lips together and blow real hard. Kind like you are playing the trumpet. The first one we are going to do is you are going to do as long as you possibly can on one breathe as lot as possible.
And again it is a noise. It is not music, it is a noise. I like to use the piano to keep time and know how many seconds I have done it for and an adult should be able to do it for about 20 to 40 seconds so again, you pinch your lips together.
And as you do that, you will feel it in your stomach, you feel it in your sides, you will feel it in your back
