Sleepiness and Drinking Wine

Ann: Hi my name is Ann from Plainville, Massachusetts. I know wine is a social drink but after one glass I get very sleepy what can I do to stay more alert and drink more and not fall asleep.

David Bronson: Ann that's a good very important question, because alcohol is a dangerous substance in many people and your obviously very sensitive and need to be cautious the good ness is that, perhaps white wine is the little less than in the red wines you could try that, but the other good news for you is just to go slow enjoy the evening and don't worry about how to much wine you drink a glass is just fine.
