Alex Fees: I am Alex fees on Small Business Television. We are coming to you from SEMA 2008 that Specialty Equipment Market Association in Las Vegas, Nevada. And joining me here now is Tim Hill. Tim; good to meet you, sir. Tim Hill: Good to meet you. Alex Fees: Tim is the President of the Big Air Suspension and Big Jake Bumpers out of Blair Nebraska. Tim Hill: Yes. Alex Fees: What's Big Air Suspension? Tim Hill: We manufacture air suspension systems, lift kits for heavy duty pickups, we take one ton, a ton-and-a-quarter, three quarter ton, make them ride like a half ton. But yet at the same time keeping that load capacity that was there from the factory. I am a race car person. Alex Fees: Oh, really! Tim Hill: We put our racing background into our suspension so that number one, they have to handle, they have to work. Number two; they have to be strong enough to be able to take out, big areas and just a name, we build them tough enough for somebody to take it out and get some air and then number three, they got to look good. We want it to look like it belongs in a tractor. Alex Fees: And you are a race car person at what capacity, a driver. Tim Hill: Yes. Alex Fees: Alright. Tim Hill: Yes. Its driver and builder. Alex Fees: So you chose to take that and transfer that to the technology for Big Air Suspension. Tim Hill: That's correct. Alex Fees: Alright, and Big Jake Bumpers. Tim Hill: Yes. Alex Fees: Same deal. Tim Hill: Similar deal, yeah. We manufacture heavy duty bumpers, winch bumpers. We have a new product, we are debuting here this year, it's called the Tool Bumper, we have a pattern pending on it. Alex Fees: Really. Tim Hill: It's a rear bumper with three large storage compartments in it. Large enough to fit three tool boxes in plus additional storage using waste of space in an area that's quickly accessible for construction workers. Alex Fees: So where is that space? Is it where the bumper of the truck is essentially. Tim Hill: Yes, yes it's both on the rear bumper. Alex Fees: Really. Tim Hill: Basically the same dimensions just a hair bigger and the two end compartments extend under the bed, keep the factory spare tire where it's at, and it works really well. Alex Fees: So this goes in place of the bumper. Tim Hill: Yes. Alex Fees: So therefore making use of that waste space where the bumper was. Tim Hill: Yes. Alex Fees: Very interesting. Well, Tim tell me about your association with SEMA. Have you been here before? Tim Hill: This is our first time. Alex Fees: Is it really. Tim Hill: Yes. Alex Fees: Oh, there you are. It's always interesting to talk with somebody who is never been here before. Tim Hill: Yes. I have been here as a buyer many, many times. This is our first time to displaying in it and it's a little bit different. Alex Fees: What kind of reactions are you getting from people regarding Big Air Suspension and Big Jake Bumpers? Tim Hill: It's real well. Alex Fees: Yes. Tim Hill: Real, real positive. We are getting a lot of people that are really happy to see the innovation that's going into our bumpers and also the geometry going into our suspension. Alex Fees: Yeah. Well I got to hand it to you. I've heard about a lot of products here but this is new. Tim Hill: Yes. Alex Fees: So you have a booth here. Tim Hill: Yes, we do. Alex Fees: And getting a lot of business there and a lot of traffic and activity. Tim Hill: Yes, we are. Alex Fees: And what would you do with that now? Tim Hill: Now we'll go back and contact those people. Alex Fees: Yes, because these are potential orders, right. Tim Hill: Yes potential orders, potential future business on going so, we'll go back and we'll contact them and get them the information that they need to make a decision.
