Ivy Hartman: Now tell us about Strategic Direct Marketing Solutions. Have you been doing something very different here?
Kathy Swanson: Absolutely. What we are doing is we’re able to help companies target their customers and personalize their online marketing experience in a way that is been unheard out for small and medium size businesses, large companies, fortune 1000 companies, amazon.com, Lenten, Best Buy have been able to do this for years.
There's been very positive result for small and medium-size businesses to be able to do that with their technology. What we have are not only the strategies, the tools, the techniques but also the technology now to be able to identify who’s coming to your site, whether they're your perfect prospect. Actually starting gauging them in a dialogue with your company capturing what they're interested in, what they're concern about and then starting contact strategies that are online as well as integrating those with your up line efforts.

Ivy Hartman: And you call it Real Time Online Dialogue or did I get it backwards?
Kathy Swanson: It’s Real Time Online Dialogue. It’s also Online Marketing Functionality versus a flat monologue website. I mean you're pretty much slap on a brochure.
Ivy Hartman: You're talking at your consumer. You're gathering information about consumer. You're using it through your website and communicating that way but also you're using it—basically you're figuring out who you're trying to market is when you're going out physically in the business as well.
Kathy Swanson: And it’s interesting because when somebody visit your website and they're telling you that they're interested in XYZ it’s not only going ahead and providing that information into your unlimited database where you can continually start talking with them. It’s not only allowing you to use business rules to guide them to a particular section in your website but it is also providing an email that somebody just registered and SMS text message.
Ivy Hartman: Oh really?
Kathy Swanson: Yes. So say for instance—
Ivy Hartman: Where you want at your phone. Maybe she’s getting a phone call while we’re on camera but no you're going to show—
Kathy Swanson: No. So Ivy if I know that you're one of my perfect prospects and I targeted you before but you haven’t really come to my website or we haven’t had an interaction and I've been trying to get a hold of you but I know you're a very important person or your company or the type of company is my perfect prospect and you register online and you say that you're interested in acquiring new customers, you're interested in retaining those customers, what I get of my own personal website is I get your name, your phone number, your contact information, your email and that you're interested on that on an SMS text message and all I have to do is go “oh I'm going to answer this now because I know it’s important”.
Ivy Hartman: Awesome!
Kathy Swanson: And I can say “I understand you're at our website, I understand your looking at this when can we get together”. So what it does is it just shortened your sales side going like that.
Ivy Hartman: Yeah it did. Oh my gosh I love that with time management. Boy I don’t have to go check and emails and then respond.
Kathy Swanson: The copy and paste and all of that, they put it in the database. It’s right, if it’s wrong it’s because they put it in wrong.
