I managed one small consulting company and was a training practice manager for another larger IT consulting company and when the internet bubble hit in 2001, I was a –to the sea with the many other people and deiced to take that opportunity since I’ve been running businesses for the other people they actually do it for myself.
Alex Fees: So, Lori is there a typical subject matter or topic that you train company’s employees about?
Lori Klepfer: Generally, I do a lot of work with ERP applications or enterprise resource and planning application such as Oracle or SAP so go in and adjust the people side of the software technology. I also train on Microsoft applications, I help companies launch there own. One of my companies actually does data mining, data mining software products, so I developed their training program for them for their costumers.
