She is the… Victoria, what are you Founder or President? Victoria Hannu: Oh I'm the founder and President and Coach. Alex Fees: Okay from here coaching and consulting Victoria Hannu: Oh yeah! Alex Fees: Alright that is in Westminster, Colorado another suburb of Denver. That it is! What is from your coaching and consulting? Victoria Hannu: I work with Entrepreneurs to flourish. I help them bring their business, life and spirit and systems together so that they have a flourishing business then part of the systems is I've also created the partnership with another business where we’ve actually created a formula that help immigrate to dream vision mission and bring it in alignment with the business owner. Alex Fees: That’s a tall order. Victoria Hannu: It’s awesome! Alex Fees: What about your background? You come from Corporate America? Victoria Hannu: I do. I spent over 18 years in Corporate America and I have a process background and have spoken about what Michael talks about. Long before I ever knew about and then and the E-Mess and. Alex Fees: Why? Victoria Hannu: Yes I did process Engineering Business requirements Analysis so I worked a kind of in a vows of Corporate America in the IT Department software Development and grow out of that into creating my own company bringing the people side in a spirit side to business. Alex Fees: We are hearing a lot about business coaching, executive coaching, things that I've make you Victoria. What makes from your coaching and consulting unique? Victoria Hannu: It’s unique in that we have a look at the business incorporate life and spirit and system so all of the entrepreneurs that I worked within the people in my company work with all get the whole triangle taking care of on the systems so we make sure that the system and that they are in alignment basically as, a business seems to be in alignment with the owner for it to be successful. Alex Fees: Okay now that triangle you’re talking about, that’s probably god for more and thanks for that nature. What about the bottom-line? Does it help you? Victoria Hannu: Oh it’s…because this is part of that, your behaviors, your beliefs, your habits, all get in a way of what you do and how you perform and so we tie behaviors habits and beliefs to the bottom-line and find out one of the clients that I worked with, we town $50 in one behavior. Alex Fees: Wow, really? Victoria Hannu: Exactly so it’s amazing what we can find how I have it or behavior, or belief can really create some negative impacts as well as some positive impacts.
