Alex Fees: I'm Alex Fees on sbtv.com coming to you from Sunny Orlando, Florida at IFA ’08, that’s International Franchise Association and joining me here now is Rick Robinson. Rick good to see you and thank you for being here, Rick is the current President of Print Ware Express.
Rick Robinson: Yes.
Alex Fees: What is Print Ware Express first of all?
Rick Robinson: It is a franchise that offers embroidery, screen printing, directed garment printing and promotional items.
Alex Fees: Whereabouts?
Rick Robinson: Based in Denver, Colorado.
Alex Fees: Okay and you have a long history with IFA.
Rick Robinson: Yes, I've been a member of the IFA for seven to eight years now.
Alex Fees: Have you’ve been in this conference many times.
Rick Robinson: I have been in this conference many times. I've been an active member. I’ve been on numerous committees and serve on the board of directors.
Alex Fees: Well, in that capacity what kind of changes have you seen with IFA over the course of that eight-year period right.
Rick Robinson: Well, the IFA is an organization and it is growing tremendously in staff, in support for all of its members, also franchising as a industry, it has expanded in almost virtually every industry imaginable. So, franchise now is available in almost industry and that some of it would be interested in.
Alex Fees: What about this convention? What about IFA a way in particular? What kind of particulars can people see here?
Rick Robinson: Well first of all, the number of attendees, it is up 25% in the last two years. We've exceeded 3000 people at this conference.
Alex Fees: 3000, what do you hope happens here?
Rick Robinson: Well, what we’re doing is expanding the name and the brand of franchising, we’re protecting its image and we’re expanding its image across United States and around the world were the IFA at one point was mainly supporting franchise organization in United States, now we’re truly an international franchise organization promoting franchising in just about every country around the world.
