Glenn Alpert: Hi! This is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, we're going to discuss using our first touch with the inside of the foot. The inside of the foot is this surface in here, namely on the inside of your body. So, again there're two ways to do this, you can toss the ball up and we want to cushion the ball with the inside of our foot. So, toss it up to head level, cushion the ball and we can move forward. The other way is, Adam pass me your ball, on the ground. It is the inside of my foot to move forward. One more time Adam.
So, I have live touch, I'm moving away from pressure. Okay, now Adam will demonstrate tossing up, toss it up to yourself good, once more.
