Hey, guys! John here, with the review for you of the camera I unboxed last week. The Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T200. Those who didn’t see the unboxing it’s a very thin point edge of camera, look at the back, notice there are no buttons or anything it’s touch screen. I’ll show you that in a minute. There we go over the specs for you here, it’s got a 3.5-inch widescreen, a 5x optical zoom, it’s got face detection meaning when you take a picture in the back you will find the extra tap records in faces and all the focus are all in here for you. And also I got something called smile shutter which means you can set it to when you tap on somebody’s face, it detect when the face smiles and take a picture. It’s kind of gimmicky, it’s a little annoying, and I turned it off I found no use work.
So anyway this camera side shot, on the top of it you’ve got the zoom rocker, the shooter button, the look at pictures and there’s a power button to where to turn the camera if you don’t use a power button you just slide down, turns the camera on and there goes everything is all touch screen. The menu is very similar to the old Sony camera with the dial. It’s almost exactly the same just now it’s touch screen. So when you hit the auto button right there, it pulls up a string of menus across the bottom, I hope you can see that, but it just pulls up the menus very simple, very easy to use. Finally took ten minutes learn everything the camera could do without really looking at the manual just like I typical do.
So in overall, picture quality was excellent, I was able to zoom in really far on the pictures of my computer at that same pixels and the quality was really solid too. You know I didn’t want to – I can’t assure these pictures what they look like here because YouTube stored it so take my word for it, the pictures do look great. I’m a very amateur photographer, I don’t know much about ISO or any of that business but I guess you can change ISO settings to be pretty high. See if you want to check this box out for that if you’re interested. And that was a really great camera, it’s extremely as I showed you, it fits in your pocket, nice and easy. Let me give you guys a comparison here, compare here at the iPhone for example. You can see the thickness pretty close, there not much difference.
So anyway this is the camera, Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T200. I would highly recommend it. You think the best way to this is you guys ask me questions and I’ll answer them for you. And in regards to the video as well like I said it takes video at full 1080. The video is great, there’s some questions about an adaptor was an audio with it, and there were certain audio with it. It was sync up with the people’s faces. So really no trouble there and it came actually from really solid. I won’t put it up on my TV yet but when I do I let you guys know.
Overall highly recommend the camera, I give it a five stars and a five stars if you need a small, slim, point you camera that’s pretty easy on the eyes too.
