Sportsuit Convertible - Product Review Hey, what’s up everybody? I’ve got some more cases for you guys. I Just got a box that I received from the good people at Marware. So we are now going to un-box it slash open it and we’re going to put this into quick rag time, so hold on. Alright, hold on a second let me adjust all of this might take a second or two. Damn these are nice boxes. Now I already know what cases I’m getting, I already looked into them. I did some research online for them, and the two cases that I’m going to be getting today are called the Sportsuit Convertible and the EcoVue. Alright, so we’re going to start this review off with the first case that I showed you called the Sportsuit Convertible. The case retails for $34.99 and from what I’ve seen guys, it is worth every single penny and then some. This is probably the most insane, perfect, just everything case that you can ever hope for. If you’re looking for just a solid casing just to hold your iPod you’re going to want to pass over this, because this is truly a fantastic offer that bundles everything you could want an iPod into it. It has a belt clip which is extremely strong, it won’t fall off your belt, it has a carrying pouch you can use it to carry your headphones, that’s what it’s made for. Also you could probably carry some money in there too, if you like but there is also some other stuff. Here is your armband, very, very, very snug armband. It fits perfectly. You slide the carrying case on to this, and it works fantastic. It gives a lot of protection. Here is your actual casing, very nice casing. It has a clear plastic casing on it, pretty nice outside regions too. It covers everything, it shows you where your volume switch is, shows you where your sleep/wake button, and it also has a little hole in the bottom, for your headset jack. On the back of it are a very nice, very solid and a very durable casing. All these similar accessories that come with it, you can just easily just snap them on that snaps on. The easiest that I’ve seen so far, would be the belt clip, that I can show you. So very nice system I love this system, and actually how it works. What you do is simply slide an accessory on, listen to it snap, now it’s snapped into place. And maybe you guys might be able to see the semi-circle right here, the way you get an accessory off is you can use the cord end of a headphone jack, or you can use just like a pencil or pen, push down the little knob, slide it out, and there you go and we’re loosened all up. A very, very nice system that they use, your stuffs will never going to fall off. You’re going to know that your iPod is going to be safe, along with its accessories. It’s a great system, and then here this just shows all the little instructions there’s the how to get that off. It shows the correct and incorrect way to snap an accessory on. And then also, this handy dandy little tip guide, fantastic, it shows you every single thing that you are going to be using with it; attaching the armband clip, attaching the carrying pouch, it’s got to sync it with the case on you could simply just lower this down. I’ll show you the casing in a second, and the removing the clips also. So that’s basically just varied and necessity, because sometimes these things can be pretty challenging to actually figure out, but anyway here is our actual casing. Let’s show you how this thing all works. So undo that little flap down at the bottom. Slide out this little stuff that they included for me to enjoy if I can slide it out. There we go. Okay so we’re slid out. Here’s our actual casing. It is a really, really nice casing on the inside. So it is one big solid, so you are not having any holes, except for at this bottom hole. The casing right here, there’s a plastic cover on it and this is such a fantastic cover for you. It’s got great insides. Your iPod is not going to take any damage. It’s not going to get scratched on the inside. So you know your iPod is actually going to be safe while it’s inside. So let’s pop mine inside. The only thing that I found so far, one it’s a little bit aggravating to try and get it inside, but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty much good, and then two this screen protector on the front can also be kind of a nuisance. One more thing, this little plastic down here looks like it’s just there for nothing. It’s actually a pouch. It holds your headphone cords, so you don’t have to have all this cord just flapping around, and then your headphones can simply just pop out of there. So I thought this is one nice edition, they thought of every little tweak that they could for this. You just fold this back under, and it looks like it would come undone but honestly guys this thing is nice and snug in there. Now great fit, great idea that they used, the only problem that I found so far is, I’m not a big fan of the screen protector out here. I mean, yeah I could live with it. It’s not terrible I mean yes it does work, but there is some pocket air. If you guys listen, hold on. Let’s see if it can get over. So if you guys notice there is some air in there, do you do have to actually press down pretty hard to make sure that you are getting on the iPod screen. It can get to become kind of a nuisance. So I mean if you find everything about this case to be perfect. This should not break your deal, if you do become such a neat freak about it, or you just get so overly just hating it. Cut this out it will be fine without it. The casing is perfect. Otherwise, this is the most flawless casing I’ve seen so far. Just that’s my only downside. I’m not too big of a fan of this casing, but then again I’ve never been a fan of casings like this, where it has a plastic cover on it. So it’s not just Marware, I just never, never like this, and that might be personal for me but anyway the casing is fantastic you can just attach the accessories really nice and simple. Here is our belt clip. Just should be snapped on, or it would roll right up on, my bad. Now it’s down, there we go, so there we go, nice really, really snug belt clip. Hold on to anything, can’t pull it off great belt clip and I love it, it’s a fantastic accessory. All the accessories that they included with this I do love. They did a fantastic job getting every single accessory that anyone could every really possibly want for this. The pouch, very nice all that the pouch does is that it simply just slides on to your armband and hold on. So it’s not just a little waste of a carrying pouch, because actually you can have a pretty good use for it. Here we go, so you can put it on right there, so you can access it really easily while it’s on, or if you want some more added protection when you’re just not using it. Put this over it and there you go, you’re nice and safe it’s not going anywhere. It’s a fantastic accessory. Everything they included it’s not just for hype. This is a great product. It is 35 bucks, if you’re looking for a great bundle that’s got everything. We’ve got a wristband, armband thingy. Here a carrying pouch, and we have a fantastic belt clip, and a really, really solid casing. You’re just not buying this. So you get all the products that come with it. This is a really great casing, it has everything covered, really nice and snug, your iPods not going anywhere. It’s a protective casing. Everything is really nice and smooth. It feels really great in your hands it’s really lightweight. The only problem I’m not too big of a fan of this plastic screen, but other than that, the sleep wake button is really easy to access. The volume on this side, the home button, everything’s great. There is your headphone jack down here at the bottom everything is great. I love this casing so much, that’s my first one that they got for your guys, called the Sportsuit Convertible. At least go on and check it out on their website. It’s definitely worth the view, if you’d see something that you don’t like, you can go find another one, or wait till this next casing, but I haven’t found anything that would definitely break a deal. This is a casing that I would buy if I found that inside of a store. If it wasn’t sent to me, if it wasn’t sent to me and I found it later on I would definitely buy this case. Fantastic case, also it’s a little bit of a different style to it. It’s not a huge bundle you’re not paying that much buck for it. It only a 20, it’s only a $29.00 casing. So this one is a little bit smaller, not as many accessories included, and it’s supposed to have a leather feel, and it definitely accomplishes that. This is not leather this is made from recycled materials, and it totally doesn’t even feel like it. It feels like it’s leather, and I don’t know how they tricked me so well, but this is a fantastic casing, and so far I’m loving it just as much as the other one. Guys, I’ve got cases sent to me before, you’ve seen my reviews. I do name the flaws. I’m really not finding any flaws with these cases. It kind of bugs me, because I’m sucking up to Marware, but guys these cases are fantastic also just like the other one. Look at the inside of this it’s such a smooth inside. It feels and it looks like grass actually I don’t want to say it feels like grass, because grass can be rough, but I mean it just feels so perfect you know your iPod’s going to be protected, when it’s inside here. So anyway it keeps its shape pretty nice and well, it’s not too bendy, you can bend it if you really want to, but other than that, it’s staying where it’s staying. So just flip up this top flap, iPod very easy to get in here this one nice and snug. Anyway, this back little flaps just like the other one, you just fold it in, and it looks like it’s not going to stay in. They make it look like it’s not going to go anywhere. They made it not to look bulky, whatsoever. Your iPod is not going anywhere. I know that probably isn’t the best example, but seriously guys. Your iPod’s not going to go anywhere. You have to push it out pretty hard to get it out. It’s going to be locked in there, and it’s going to be nice and safe. This iPod casing, the EcoVue got an open clear screen. There is nothing here and the cool thing about it is some accessories that come with it. You get a screen protector, so unlike the other one that has a plastic covering over it already you get a screen protector and a micro fiber cloth to come with it. I’ll open that up, and show you guys it right now. So for $30 for this one, you’re getting the actual casing, you’re getting the micro fiber cloth right here, and then you’re also getting a screen protector. Here is your screen protector right here, so this is awesome, a pretty fantastic bundle. It seems like you’re only getting a casing, but honestly you’ve got to check the back of the box see the accessories you are going to be getting, because there is quite a few of them. It’s a fantastic bundle. It’s only $30; hold on a second, I’m trying to organize all my stuff. Alright let’s get to the actual casing. So anyway the actual casing, also very lightweight, as you guys see it doesn’t add to much added bulk on to it. The top is a little bit more exposed and I like to especially because some dust can get into the top of this because it’s so open. But anyway, your sleep/wake button very exposed, very nice and easy to access. You also got your hole in here, for your volume rack on the side, also pretty easy to access little bit tighter than I like it to be. Home button, this is much easier than the other one. The only thing that I don’t have too much of a liking for is these very, very high sides these are not flush at all as you guys see. There let’s zoom it a tad. So as you guys see these are not flushed to your iPod. But what’s really nice about them unlike a lot of silicone cases out there, this is not going up. They can flick up on silicone cases. This casing although it’s just like a leather casing, it’s solid. It’s stuck to where it’s going to be it’s in the right position. It’s almost like you’re playing around with plastic casing. It’s that firm. I have that much trust in it to protect your iPod. It’s a great casing. It is a little bit more noticeable I think than other cases out there. It’s got some high ridges. But anyway, it’s trying to make a statement. It’s a really nice casing. It’s an EcoVue, it’s eco friendly. It’s a great case I definitely recommend to go at least check it out. First casing is more for hard core iPod user, runs with it, uses it everywhere walks around with it bring it to work brings it down the block. Anywhere to have it, this is more of a chilling kind of case, I’m not sure I want to use that word, but this is more of a casing that’s basically just for relaxing. Keeping your iPod from taking in scratches, keeping it from getting damaged when you drop off the ground, or off the table or something like that. This is more for an all around holding for stability, and for keeping your iPod protected. So I also have the link in the side bar. For this, this is only 30 bucks go out and check it out. Great, great, great casing, I love it. I’m not trying to suck up to Marware, you guys think that I’m trying to always suck up to the companies that send me these, but as you guys saw on my last review. I was not a fan of that case, these two cases; let’s get it, The Sportsuit jacket, and the EcoVue case. I honestly love these cases. It’s like they thought of every single flaw that they possibly could and they fixed it. The Sportsuit Convertible, fantastic case comes with nearly every accessory an iPod user would ever want to. Especially for those runners out there, and then on the other hand, the EcoVue, it’s a really nice, stylish sleek great feel, very casual feeling to it. I love the leather feel, you know it’s not leather. So it’s not going to break like leather, it’s not going to crack like leather you are going to get the same durability, as other cases out there without being leather. I love it. They’re both great cases, pick for yourself. I got the Sportsuit right here and I also got the EcoVue check on the right sidebar over there for the more information.
