Sprint HTC Touch Part 1/2 - Tech Review
Alright, this item do I have --. I’ll unlock to this, start turning the camera work in all at the same time like usual so --on top but this is basically what we’re going to look at. Today, would be do it looks -- as you know is that now I’ve got the custom of five tabs now on there so the original four, the Spiderman theme. And we have on the tabs your basic home then your weather it is a little bit the download about five or 10 seconds so I’ll come in a second.
The other basic programs have SPB backup, Internet Explorer, File Explorer, HTC Home Sprint Customizer, OPman which changes your username from Sprint to whatever you want. And then you have the Music Identifier they’re singular and the felt Network provide scores live updates. The Windows XP shutdown menu with the shutdown is soft reset and wide off can through all of that, YahooGo and the -- back and forth. See if weather loaded. There’s the weather in Grand Rapid we now we have 38 degrees and it’s a four day forecast.
Then with the touch icons, you have right there all your ring tones change to vibrate, silent and random and you have your music player. That’s plug in we’re going to need that that big bar right there, Ultimate Search. It will search Worldwide web, Google, local movies, Wikipedia, Dictionary, You Tube all that good stuff will search for you by just typing whatever you want into that and pushing go.
Underneath that you have Hockey Sports Center. All your sports sets right here to your phone any sports you want. Then you have the battery meter, your device storage, storage card and your main memory that rotates across the screen then your normal device lock and unlock underneath that.
Customized start menu a little bit just like that. You can just go across with the things that uses that brings nice so I dropped on without using the bars which it thought was kind of cool. Then you have your custom hard buttons and then with the iPhone interface goes and load custom touch icon is easy for loading and there’s the iPhone interface kind of sleek looking interface. I’ll show you how it works there we go it was out there. And when you got all that, we have the push the battery meter so I can figure out—there we go.
And I also got rid of the x part as you can see on the top corner now it's our battery meter with the percentage of the batteries left. The contacts is a little bit custom, you see that the iPhone contacts like scrolling brings to the contacts. I’ll pull that out now just like so being at the cube there are just speed dials, get -- from a --.
Chad is pretty one redneck I know, that’s from my dad, home, my mom whether in sports and driving directions. A boy named slash who got my Slurpee; my boy named Tink and my voicemail is unnoticed. You have the Sprint Music store, Sprint TV and on Demand. Sprint TV is pretty cool app. We’ll click on that real quickly.
If you look touch icon in there, we’ll put that in the landscape mode and it's slow and we’ll get out that though. It’s just basically your live TV from many places and TV included CNN, Backsports and NFL network, alright.
There is your Sprint Store, Instant Messenger App, you have your Internet Explorer, text messages, Communication Manager and the Mailbox. Communicate that—communication manager it’s pretty cool. You got six, eight tab. I’m using the following: Microsoft Direct push for my email, the Ringger and it did a connection what I’m using right now and the IMF it’s pretty cool too.
You got AOL Instant Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, and Yahoo in your settings all in that. You have the custom clock up there. That’s basically for the way -- I got the way I wanted it, some custom programs on there, by these programs, out of keys, it’s anybody’s own interest. So, it’s basically my HTC touch. Its nice looking at the back, -- there in the mobile which I like which I came from
