Our next progression for lower body are called Hops.
You are starting in the squat position and you are going to jump up, and at that climatic jump, to add power. Rolling from the heels through your toes, toe ball, heel, and up and down. Nice and easy! Okay guys, give it a try.
Make sure you tracking your knees. Do not let them go side-to-side, nice and strong, nice easy hop and land through the knees. Land right down to the squat. Try and get a little bit lower. Good! Two more! Looking good! Good! Keep going.
