where can i find full episodes/programs rather than just 1-2 minute clips? i'm especially interesting in watching everything on eating disorders bc i have been in treatment for anorexia, which then became bulimia, for 5 years now.

Elliot: I'm Elliot from Pittsburgh. What are some signs I can look for if I suspect a friend is anorexic? Heather Payne: That's a good question Elliot. One of the things you'll notice is that she or I say she because it's more common in females but she or he is going to be start becoming more and more picky about what she will allow herself to eat, becomes very obsessed with food, nutrition, calories, sometimes exercise, more and more rigid in her exercise regimen. You may find that she skips or start skipping meals, finding excuses not to eat with other people. She might cook a lot of food but then find excuses for not eating what she has cooked. You may see that she disappears after meals or going to the bathroom, may be disappearing to go exercise. You may also see that during meals she's very anxious, not really able to have a normal conversation because she is so focused on the food. She may chop, cut her food up into little pieces; move that around on the plate. Chew her food excessively things like that, read rituals around to eating and but its mostly the two big things are that just obsession with food but extreme fear of eating the food and of gaining weight.
