Bob Hobbs Jr.: If you are a leader and you are leading a way you have to going to kind a put your self out there for failure and for criticism because they are serious you are going to out there do not be surprise when they are serious of people little bit closes to you and that because they want to protect you.
Do not be discourage when the family member little bit closes to you became maybe your biggest main serious because your only one in protect you but in the same time do not be serious keep you for blaming your dream. In starting a new business you have to have a hope okay? You have to have more than a wish because hope without faith is a wish.
So, you have to have both elements and you have to know and believe in your heart that this is going to happen; it is going too happened without fail. You also have to have vision and I do not mean vision is necessary with your eyes I am talking about vision from what within here. Vision for me is being able to see beyond what ordinary is, it is being able to look at you know something and see potential.
For me vision is seen beyond the ordinary, it is seen outside the box, it is looking at life and knowing that what you believe in is going to happen. So, passion for me, it is come from your purpose, you find your purpose its produces passion the passion produces pure. That you need to get up every morning and do what it is you are suppose to be doing with your life.
