The basics to Stick Stringing.

The basics are things that you need to string your first Lacrosse stick. First you need a good pair of scissors and a lighter. The lighter will be used for the tips of the strings, so that they don’t fray after you have finished cutting the strings.

You need the Shoes Razor hockey laces, you need a Throat Protector or a Throat Guard for the bottom of the head. You need your long top strings which are thicker than sidewall strings along the side of the head, and you need your mesh. There are different types of mesh. You can have your dura-mesh which is harder and a thicker more stiff mesh and you have your soft mesh which is very soft and allows you to have more whip in your stick, but it's also tougher string.

These are the basic needs for stringing your first Lacrosse stick.
