Stop highlighting of newly installed programs.

There is an option to turn off highlighted programs in the Start Menu, just show you the highlighted program first. These are all highlighted because it is in quite easily installed and have not been accessed yet. The reason option to tend the software, if this is useful if we installed quite a number of programs and we do not want them to highlighted. To do this, we need to right click on the task bar, select Properties, click on the Start Menu tab, it is not there, I already selected, click customize, click advanced, then where it says “Highlight newly installed programs.” Just click in the box so that it is on selected, that option is now on selected, click “OK”, click “Apply” and click “OK”. That will stop Windows XP from highlighting newly installed programs.
