Stress Buster
A three in one stress busting technique.
Three in one breathing light exercise and simple psychology.
I will show you some basic relaxation techniques that I found basically helpful for me. In this about three different methods involved. Combines breathing, exercise and a little bit psychology. So first of all I am going to show the basic technique. And here it goes.
First of all you put your arms out in front of you, make a little bit relaxed, hands open, I am not doing any muscle, weight lift exercises or anything silly like that, here we're just trying to relax. You stretch your mouth, close your hands not too tight again, form a fist shape but not too tight we're not trying to break any world records here, and you bring them towards your chest. As you do so you are breathing into your nose.
And put hold at there for about half-a-second or so and then you open your hands slowly, pushing your arms out again, breathing out through your mouth. So it's in, out. The psychology here is as you are pushing out you are pushing all your worries whatever is on your mind cause your concern away from you. You are physically pushing it away from you. Again you don't have to put muscles or force on this, pushing them away from you.
You can close your eyes while you are doing this, probably playing some music that you enjoy in the background, calming music. I generally close my eye, it's not too bright. I am going to show you this technique. After you all finish just put your hands on your lap and let your shoulders drop and relax and breath calmly and quietly for few more seconds. Okay, so this is how I do this technique. And generally three or four times do this.
