The soft sound of the sea laughing against the beach. The sound of the song of the bird, the gentle rastling palm tree leaves. So you decide to lie down to be in this face of complete relaxation. This is such a pure and beautiful space, you breathe in, you breathe out you sink deeper in to your relaxation and your pure and brightal joy to being here lying on this beautiful soft sand. Blue sky above you wit the beautiful golden sun beating down warming your skin. Ling you with nourishment relaxation and pure thick.
Allow yourself to feel the joy that you feel being here, smile. You are in moment which you count, is this moment, this moment that you are here on the beach relax, calm, and beautiful. Breathing deeply and relax sinking to the beach. Breathing in deeply and relax like well done, well done, magnificent. This is not your 5 minutes; this is your space if in the world. You are in triangibility. This is your anytime you trothan to the paradise on. Just breathe in and breathe out. Well done, well done my friend.
